RETURNS AND REFUNDS

RETURN OF THE PURCHASED GOODS

Italian laws on retail trade (Article 64 and of the Consumer Code, DL vol 22.07.2005 No 206) provide the unconditional right to return goods within 10 working days from the time you receive the purchased products.
It s neccessary to ask for the authorization of return by emailing to the Customer at the e-mail customercare@birikbutik.com with “Request of return​​” as the object, indicating the order number (eg. Request of return, order nr. 00000)

We will send you an e-mail with clear instructions and details how to make a return, including the delivery address for the return and a form of return with an authorization code. You will need to attach the filled in form inside the pack. We will not accept returns that will not meet the stated requirements.

The refund will not take place in any case if the products were clearly the object of use. Products must be returned with the appropriate protections in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not damaged or soiled), with all accessories, instructions and documentation, with the identification tag and labels and security seals are still attached.
Refunds for damaged, marked or altered goods will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

You have a maximum of 10 working days to return your order as soon as you get the return code. Our logistics service will check the items returned and, if they meet the above conditions, we will proceed to make the refund of the order.
Once the returned merchandise has been received and reviewed, you will be notified by e-mail. Also we recommend that you use a secure and traceable means for returning the order (eg courier). the goods must be addressed to:

taking care to specify the personal data as well as into the site during the purchase and the order number communicated by LeMucis via E-mail order confirmation. Keep sending a receipt in case of dispute. Please note that the customer will have to cover the shipping costs for return. Our logistics service will check the items returned and, if they meet the above conditions, we will proceed to make the repayment of the amount of the order. Once the returned merchandise has been received and reviewed, you will receive an email notification.
In the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised prior to shipment of the product Mucis srl will refund the full price paid.

HOW TO GET A REFUND

The refund will be credited on the same card you used for purchasing, or through PayPal, if this is the method you used for the purchase. If you send the pack beyond the time limits our logistics service will not accept delivery, then we will not be able to guarantee the correct administration of the refund.
The refunds on the credit card may take up to 10 working days to complete, depending on the timing of your bank. The timing can vary from bank to bank and unfortunately it is not possible for us to control this process.
If the deadlines have passed and you have not received our communication to your email address, please get in touch with our Customer Service department by emailing us at info@lemucis.it.

You can’t change the chosen item with another.

We have made ​​all the possible to ensure that the colours of the products appearing on our site are as close as possible to reality. However, computer monitors can vary,  therefore we can not guarantee that the colors displayed on your screen are perfectly accurate.

RESPONSIBILITY

Once shipped, orders will not be redirected. A signature is required for each delivery and at this point the goods will pass to the buyer’s responsibility. If you specify a recipient  that is not you (for example if it is a gift), the signature made ​​by the recipient will be accepted as a proof of delivery and the completion of the service by Mucis srl which transfers any responsabilities to the recipient.
